You'll be over the moon to hear that I am NOT going to mention diet and exercise!
As yesterday's post was a long one, I'm gonna keep today's super short (& very sweet).
'Thing 1: Tea & Cake'
Didn't I say it would be sweet?
So, why tea & cake?
Well, when we spend the time indulging in the simple things in life we are able to regain a sense of security, peace and inner alignment.
It usually takes between 15-20 minutes to have a cuppa & a cake
If instead of doing it on the go, in a rush or while you're doing a million other things that is 15-20 minutes of pure bliss
& if you've got a house full of kids, a job which creeps into your home time or a partner who is very demanding, this is very likely the ONLY time you have to yourself!
Grab your diary & plan in your tea & cake time :)
'Thing 2: Declutter'
We all have a drawer, a box or a room full of stuff which we've been nowhere near for years.
The thing is when we have this 'junk' just lying around it (even if it's hidden away), that niggles at our subconscious and it will be added stress that you just don't need to carry around.
Pick a day, pick a time and make it happen.
You will feel sooo much lighter once it's done - trust me!
'Thing 3: Mop Up Day'
& this is not another push for you to clean your house!
I'm talking about giving yourself an hour, a few hours or a whole day (if like me you need one) to mop up and finish all the things you haven't yet finished this week.
Getting your to-do-list finished the week it's due enables you to move into next week with a clean slate.
& that is how we take giant leaps in our lives.
The other way we take giant leaps in our lives is by having someone push us.
& this is exactly why I do what I do, in the way that I do it.
