But here's the thing...
While I had ended up in a business overwhelm funk, with associated guilt-attacks, I wasn't trapped in an emotional overwhelm funk.
These two things are completely different.
The one, is quickly resolved once you ditch the 80% of stuff you don't need to do.
The other, sees you still struggling to take action on the 20% which will lead to your success...
Here's what that might look like;
You might be terrified to make sales calls because the thought of rejection is more than you can handle.
You might be unable to stop the negative mind-judgement without heading for the gin so that you can block everything out ...
You might even be so beaten down emotionally that you can't even bring yourself to send a follow-up email...
I've been to all of these places and some even darker on my journey and the one thing to hold onto is that it doesn't matter.
Not, that what you're feeling doesn't matter, just how bad things have become.
You see, there's always a way out.
I tell all my clients that if you're still going, your still trying and your still taking those all important baby steps, eventually you'll get there.
You probably just need a little hand holding.
Someone who's been busily drawing chalk arrows on the walls of the rabbit hole so that you can find your way out.
There's no shame in being where you are.
You've been doing the best you could with the information you have.
Thankfully, I've messed up in both my business and in my life which in turn led to me figuring everything out.
This means you don't have to go through the pain of messing up, or the pain of fumbling around in the darkness while you get your shit together!
